TKI-16165 Progress meetingComing from the Schiphol Railway station to walk to citizenM needed quite some orientation, the more so, because there appears to be a short cut (about 5 min) which was much quicker than the route indicated by the citizenM website.The coffee machine produced quite some noice thus interfering with the presentations.Nevertheless, it is a fine place to meet efficiently.

Workshop GrantapplicationThe hotel lobby right at the entrance is really cosy, inviting, intimate and stimulating at the same time, thus perfect for breaks during the meeting. Our meeting room was very nice and sober, with all essential equipment including coffee machine! I would return immediately!Although booking was quick and easy, but pay attention, reservation online imply immediate payment.

Funky meeting place, close to SchipholIf you are looking for a meeting place, that is convenient to get to with public transport and caters for international visitors to the Netherlands, without making them experience the joys of Dutch traffic, then Citizen-M is for you. The décor is funky enough to keep the creatives happy and the rooms are well equipped. The staff are helpful, friendly and multi-lingual.

Een goede locatie met geweldig uitzicht voor onze Automotive netwerkbijeenkomst, Het vliegen in de simulator en de workshop drones viel goed in de smaak bij de heren en 1 dame.Goede begeleiding, kundig en flexibel. Catering was goed. Fijn dat er een keuzemogelijkheid was met zo'n grote groep.
Poor lunchThe meeting room was excellent, but the lunch was disappointing! No soup (which was part of the package), only 5 sandwiches (with poor filling) for 3 persons (small sandwiches so not everyone could have 2 of them), orange juice was just 2.5 glass, so one of us just had 1/2 glass.

annoying that the room was just given to an other group!I booked this room already months ago for my groupWhen I came at the Citizen (early in the morning) meeting room 6 was given to another group and I was planned in meeting room 2. The reason: "that my meeting was with 10 people and the other group was with more then 10". This was 1. very surprizing and 2 annoying: I had to negociate that I preferred meeting room 6. Why?? I did NOT made a reservartion without any purpose. I just needed a room that was big and convenient enough for my group and my meeting... and not a room in which we were packed... But actually this is NO ISSUE at all. I made a reservation and that's it! Why have to decide and negociate about this? Why can your organization just give the room to another group?Please explain WHY? For the rest I do not have complaints but do NOT want to have this situation again.

Not satisfied with service The meeting room was very small. Your concept of doing everything online is not very friendly for people who would like to book business meetings. Surpisingly everything is handled online but a ton of staff is walking around the Schiphol location. We never received the soft drinks or sweets, that were promised, coffee and coffee cups we're not refilled. The hot water came out of the coffee machine which made it taste like coffee instead of tea. In the booking process there's no possibility to indicate any dietary wishes in the process. Since we had one vegan and one vegetarian in the end this got taken care of but only after I spoke to 2 different staff members (one promised me everyhting would be okay the other one was doubtful so I had to have email contact with your main office, which makes it all a hassle and very complex). The quality of the lunch offered was minimal, no glasses we're present, no clear indication of what was in the food i.e. the soup and the sandwiches. And the amounts we're very little.The parking is awful since one can park in P1 but this makes it terribly expensive and since you don't offer own parking this makes it very expensive.Next to that the meeting room was very small hardly any room to put overhead up or tape some things to the wall for our session.I've booked multiple locations but this was a definite no for me to return to.So all in all too expensive, no friendly staff and the lunch and food we're of a low quality.

I am sorry to hear your experience at our hotel and meeting rooms was not as expected.
We give a chance to our guests to make the reservations online so they can make it at anytime, anywhere without being tied to one person. This is why our process is online! When you make the booking, you have a box where you can write any comments or requirements (like dietary ones).
Our apologies if the lunch was not up to standard, we will certainly work on it for improvement. Normally the amounts we offer are enough but you could always let us know so we can add some extra kick to it ;)
Since our hotel is located conveniently close to the airport, our own parking was not possible. We sadly cannot do anything about this.
But we do offer a discounted rate with a different garage a little further than P1 (you can find the information on our website).

Reeks workshops met team van onze klantenWij hebben een reeks workshops communicatie gedaan voor teams van één van onze klanten. We sloten de sessies af met een paar uur 'vliegen' met het team gevolgd door een diner in het restaurant beneden. Het personeel was elke keer weer erg gastvrij en kundig, kortom een mooie aanvulling op onze workshop en daarom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Good place for an international meetingThe CitizenM is a good place for an international meeting. The room itself was nice, good light, and equipped with all kinds of technology. We had no interference of other meeting rooms and/or guests. Food during lunch was good. The kitchen was ill-prepared for people with food allergies. It would have been nice to have a little refrigerator with cold drinks in the room for during the afternoon (once you're done with coffee and tea). Now, they only serve cold water.

Nice, cosy meeting roomSociety M has nice and cosy conference rooms. We were with 4 people. Plenty of space. Coffee, water, appels were okay! We didn't use the TV, but it was there.Afterwards we used the buffet. Acceptable price and good food. Parking of the car is at the P1 garage of Schiphol. Nearby, but expensive.The ease of booking is great and product/price relation is good.We come back!

Moderne meeting locatieAlgemeen positief ! Leuke moderne omgeving. Spontaan onthaal. Lunch was kwalitatief en kwantitatief oke. Enkel softdrinks was niet helemaal duidelijk waar die te krijgen waren. Privacy oke omdat we de kamer hadden op het einde van de gang, maar weet niet of dat niet minder is als je ergens in het midden zit. Airco oke. Heel gebruiksvriendelijke audiovisuele middelen. Zou fijn zijn als er dichterbij de locatie kon worden geparkeerd.

Clinical Trial Service meeting and hotel June 2017, 20 paxThe hotel the rooms and the meeting room were great. The staff was more than friendly!The meeting room was filled with 20 people. It was a bit small because the advice was 15 people. With 15 people the room is more convenient.My suggestion is to improve the lunch: I experienced a simple salad en a bread as a bit poor lunch especially for all forgein people, who are used to have a warm meal during lunch time. Especially the bread could be improved and more bread needed to be available. One bread per person was not enough for everyone. Some sweeties and cookies during the morning coffee-break is also advised to do. Nothing from breakfast until lunch time is too long. I think the amount we paid for the meeting food and beverage allows you to do so.I booked 20 rooms + 15 rooms and 1 meeting room + arrangements . We took the Friday dinner for 20 people in the hotel and all drinks for the whole group all night long. During the arrangments I requested to give some discount for this large amount of reservations. The peron on the Phone informed me that this was not possible. I requested then no discount but to give me a coupon for some night for free to use when I want. Also this was not possible. I experienced this as disappointing.For the amount I paid ( app € 6500) I advise you to give some night for free as a gift, so that I will come back with the group as a gesture for the hughe booking.I hope you understand my sign ;-)Kind regards, Mirjam

Regarding the lunch, I am sorry this was not enough for you and did not enjoy the quality. We normally order a little bit more in case somebody is left with an empty belly.
The meeting room was booked for 15 people (maximum advised) and the lunch was prepared for 20, but this room indeed was not meat to hold this amount of people.
And since you were coming with such a nice, big group, we did give you the best rate we could on the hotel room (and meeting room!) but your "free night" request is not something we do.
We will always help you as much as we can and learn and improve from every experience.

Meeting 25th April
Geweldige ervaring!!Als bedrijfsuitje zijn we met 8 man gaan kijken hoe moeilijk het nu werkelijk is om een vliegtuig te besturen. Het is grappig dat het zowel heel eenvoudig als heel moeilijk is (tegelijkertijd). De principes zijn heel goed uitgelegd door onze begeleider, een afgestudeerde piloot van de KLM school ... het uitvoeren is lastig omdat je op zo veel dingen tegelijk moet letten. Maar als je uiteindelijk zelf een vliegtuig op Schiphol laat opstijgen en in New York landen ... erg cool! We gaan dit zeker nog een keer doen!

Good location and good serviceAmsterdam is easy to reach from all Europe and the CitizenM location is very close to the terminals thus making it a perfect location for efficient one day meetings. Check-in procedures are easy and service is very good. This is the second time we sue the location and will not be the last.

ConvenientNeeded a meeting room, had guests flying in from France, Dubai and Canada.Amsterdam Schiphol was a logical step, no need to go into the city (parking and traffic a nightmare) Booked online, short notice, only two meetings rooms available... Very professional, clean, with coffee, tea, water, wide screen and a wall to write on. Convenience and location (that comes with a cost....)Will be back.

Uit de roosters bij de ramen kwam veel koude lucht. De lunch was goed maar simpel. Had iets uitgebreid mogen worden met misschien een klein kopje soep of een iets warms erbij.
